Health Qigong

Our short Health Qigong classes, such as Golden Ball Qigong, Mindfulness Qigong and Daoist Five Qigong are available in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire and London. All of our courses are taught by a qualified, experienced Master of Qigong.

Qigong means “energy skill” and is often described as the “art” of bringing your internal and external environment into balance and harmony. Health Qigong incorporates simple postures and movements along with breath. With correct instruction and regular practice students leave our courses with the ability to achieve greater health, awareness, concentration, tranquillity and stillness of mind.

Golden Ball Health Qigong in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire and London
These short four week courses are fun, easy to learn and we have to say, everyone’s favourite because it is so fluid and gentle. Practiced on a regular basis, Golden Ball Health Qigong can have a positive accumulative effect on your overall health and well-being. You will learn visualisation skills and apply ‘muscle memory’ techniques so that you can apply Nei Gong to your skill set. There are contra-indications to this type of Qigong, so if you have any medical condition please discuss with us prior to enrolling.

Mindfulness Qigong in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire and London
Our Mindfulness Qigong classes comprise of Respiratory Dao Yin and Mental Dao Yin. The aim is to ‘expel the old and draw in the new.’ You will learn Daoist breath awareness and a Dynamic Walking technique. Daoist mystics, Shamans and Buddhist Priests would all use the power of the Mind for healing, enlightenment and to control the Five Elements. Learn three techniques to train the physical, energetic and spiritual mind along with Shengong exercises, meditation and visualisation skills.

Daoist Five Health Qigong Set in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire and London
An extremely effective set of Health Qigong exercises to stimulate the Five Yin Organs and Meridians. Spiritually it is a journey which will take you energetically through the Five Seasons, enabling you to start living with the Seasons to maintain your own wellness. Learn Nei Gong skills which will enable you to activate the Yin organs and Meridians. With diligent practice these exercises will help you to focus on the virtues.
